The 5ºC cold chain transportation constant temperature package is an innovative product specially designed to guarantee the temperature of goods.
With numerous features, When the ambient temperature is controllable, such as in refrigerated trucks and cold storage, it can ensure that the goods are at a constant temperature of about 2ºC - 8ºC. Even in the case of a short-term disruption, such as opening the door for unloading, it can still maintain the temperature of the goods at 2ºC - 8ºC. The inner wall of the constant temperature package uses 5ºC solid cold storage agent, which is solid before and after the phase change, without the risk of packaging damage and liquid leakage, does not pollute the goods, and is safe and reliable. Instructions for use
·The constant temperature package for 5ºC cold chain transportation should be stored in a 2 - 8ºC cold storage (the optimal refrigeration temperature is 2 - 5ºC), and it can be taken as needed after pre-cooling for more than 6 hours;
·Before each use, the pre-cooling time of the constant temperature package for 5ºC cold chain transportation must exceed 6 hours;
·The goods can be loaded in the thermostatic package for a long time and placed in 2~8ºC environment, and the time of detaching from 2~8ºC environment is not more than 10~30 minute
·Before loading 2 - 8ºC goods, the carriage needs to be cooled for 1 hour in advance to reduce the temperature inside the carriage to between 2 - 8ºC.
·During loading and unloading, the goods should be delivered to the customer in time, and the door should be closed in time to maintain a uniform temperature inside the carriage.
